1. How do I place an order at Funko Fever?
You can easily add your favorite products to the shopping cart and check out through our secure payment system. After confirmation, you will immediately receive an email with your order details.

2. Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as your order has not been shipped, you can contact us as soon as possible via email or Instagram. Please include your order number.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery Time

3. What is the delivery time for my order?
Standard product orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days.
For custom 3D prints, we do not provide a fixed delivery time, as this depends on complexity and production capacity.

4. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. We do not often offer free shipping above a certain amount. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to all countries worldwide. Please note that international shipping can be expensive.
Alternatively, we can also ship via Vinted, which is often a cheaper option. Please contact us for more information.

  • Mystery Boxes – surprise boxes containing only Funko Pops; accessories are sold separately and do not add value to the box

7. Are the 3D accessories compatible with all Funko Pops?
Our accessories are designed for standard 4-inch Funko Pops unless otherwise specified. For other sizes, feel free to contact us.


🎁 Mystery Boxes

8. What is inside a Mystery Box?
Each Mystery Box contains only Funko Pops. Accessories are sold separately and do not add value to the box.

9. Can I specify themes for the Mystery Box?
Yes, you can send us themes or preferences via Instagram (Funko._.Fever) or by email.


🔄 Returns & Warranty

10. Can I return a product?
You have 14 days to reconsider after receiving the product. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Custom 3D prints cannot be returned unless defective.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

11. What if my order arrives damaged?
Please send us a message within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We will find a suitable solution.

12. I prefer to order via Vinted, is that possible?
